Straight from the fertile valleys of Santo Antão – Cabo Verde comes is born, a true celebration of the tradition and authenticity of of the islands. Produced by Ecofarm Cabo Verde, this Rum is distilled from sugar cane (Cana Preta Cubana) grown in a sustainable way, respecting the environment and respecting the environment and valuing ancestral Cape Verdean practices.

Páia d’Cana brand carries the flavour of fresh sugar cane on the palate, combined with subtle notes of volcanic earth and Atlantic sea air – an intense, aromatic and striking drink, ideal for moments of ideal for socialising or as a base ingredient for authentic tropical cocktails.

Crafted by hand by Ecofarm Cabo Verde from the finest selected sugarcane grogue, grown both sustainably and organically, this special reserve is born out of a profound respect for the land, heritage, and time itself.
